I really enjoyed this pretty standard hotel, it did not disappoint. The breakfast was included and had a wide array of meals. The rooms were brand-new with a comfortable design, plus the bathroom was brilliant. The pool was clean and I had carbonated drinks in the main bar.

Enjoyable base for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne. The breakfast was good hot, the personnel was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. The property had its own outdoor restaurant, it was really nice.

Would love to go back, I loved this place. Location is IDEAL, staff is lovely. Normal double and newly renovated room with lake views. Absolutely superb breakfast, personalised service. Early check-in, late check-out. If you need, they offer excellent internet.

The place was spotless and staff were dismissive, I loved great location. Fantastic food was served here, perfect breakfast. A free parking was available nearby, attentive services. A beautiful beach, delightful view.

breakfast was well priced, check in was easy. the staff here was elegant - very good service & excellent communication. liked the poolside bar. the location was gorgeous - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was very fancy, and we really enjoyed its very central location. It was nice to have superb slices of fresh bread and pastries in the morning. Sweeping view of garden. The rooftop bar in the hotel had plenty of complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. Found in a residential part of the town...
